5. Witness Statements

   Two witnesses, who are at least 18 years old and have their citizenship certificates, are required to sign the marriage affidavit and testify to the couple's suitability to marry.

6. Clear proof of a stay of at least 15 days in the district of Nepal where you wish to register your marriage.
